Tracking of your order

What's the status of your order ?. which items have already been sent? Here's a few tools that allow you to see the progress of your order.

1. Confirmation email
We'll send a confirmation email every time we dispatch a parcel.

This email has a summary of the shipped items, the shipping address, the date the parcel was sent and the shipping method .(which often includes a tracking number)

2. Your account with La Maison Du Vanuatu Sarl
Go to " my account " (link available on top of every pages) to check the progress of your current orders.

3. Tracking with Colissimo
parcels shipped to metropolitan France and to Europe via La Poste Colissimo special delivery, you can track your parcel , with your tracking number :

• on the website http://www.coliposte.net
• at your nearest Post Office. You will need a proof of identity in order to get more information.

The Colissimo tracking number is sent in the confirmation email of your order.

Please note : Parcels shipped via special delivery to metropolitan France and Monaco with Colissimo will need to be signed for.
